UAE Residents Can Pay Mohre Fines, Fees In Instalments Through 8 Banks
Ministry fees and administrative fines can be paid in instalments, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre). The service will be available to customers holding credit cards of eight banks.
Customers can avail this service by contacting their bank. The eight banks that include this service are:

Emirates NBD: Minimum instalment of Dh1,000
Earlier, Mohre also launched a digital wallet to help UAE companies make payments seamlessly, through Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.
Government entities in the Emirates often allow residents to make payments using instalments, to ease the financial burden.
In October 2025, UAE's Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) launched a new initiative,“The Authority at Your Service,” allowing customers to pay for service fees in convenient instalments.
