Zelensky meets with Denmark Minister to discuss defense cooperation
(MENAFN) Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Denmark’s Minister for Industry, Business and Financial Affairs, Morten Bødskov, in Kyiv on Tuesday to discuss defense collaboration, reconstruction efforts, and joint industrial initiatives.
Prior to their talks, Zelenskyy received letters of credence from Denmark’s newly appointed Ambassador Thomas Lund-Sørensen and congratulated him on assuming his post.
“I am grateful to Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, the government, and the entire Danish people for their unwavering support since the first days of the full-scale invasion,” Zelenskyy wrote on Telegram.
He highlighted that Denmark’s collaborative approach has “helped boost the production of our drones and missiles, ensuring a real contribution to our resilience,” and expressed hope for further strengthening these “productive relations.”
