barn’s Sets a Guinness World Record with Largest Coffee Bean Word Installation in Celebration of international Coffee Day

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — October 06, 2025 — barn’s, Saudi Arabia’s original homegrown coffee brand, has officially entered the Guinness World Records by setting a new record for the largest word created using coffee beans, in celebration of International Coffee Day.
The activation took place at barn’s Obhour flagship branch in Jeddah, where visitors gathered to witness a striking installation that spelled out the largest coffee bean word “barn’s” on a custom-built display board, using 15,706 coffee beans. Measuring 360 cm wide by 170 cm high, the display was mounted in the heart of the café’s outdoor seating area, creating a visual centerpiece that blended craft, culture and community.
The event generated wide resonance on social media, attracting strong attendance and engagement that included a representative from Guinness World Records, barn’s team & management, and several social media influencers, supported by extensive media coverage. In a distinctive symbolic scene, CEO of barn’s, Eng. Mohammed Al Zain, placed the final coffee bean on the board before delivering a speech. in which he said: “Today, we celebrate an exceptional achievement added to the journey of our brand. An accomplishment made possible only through dedication and teamwork. Having our record recognized by Guinness World Records is not the end, but the beginning of greater ambitions, and another step toward strengthening our international presence.
