YTL Construction UK Expands Revizto Partnership To Drive Major Urban Regeneration Project In Bristol
YTL Construction UK initially integrated Revizto at the design stage for the YTL Arena. Recognizing the need for a platform that could democratize access to 3D models, simplify visualisation, and accelerate quantity take-offs, YTL UK's Digital Construction Lead, Dean Paton, introduced Revizto to the business. Because it is both the developer and the general contractor, YTL UK has a unique ability to maintain continuity across the full lifecycle of its projects. By embedding Revizto early into the process (from preconstruction), YTL UK ensures better coordination, seamless collaboration across stakeholders, and more efficient project delivery – reducing costly rework and keeping complex projects on track.
"When I joined YTL Construction UK, I knew Revizto was the right tool to bring in," said Dean Paton, Digital Construction Lead.
"At the Arena, we needed a solution that would give everyone – project planners, design managers, consultants – easy access to models. Revizto not only helps us visualize and break down complex designs, but also saves huge amounts of time in calculating quantities and costs. By expanding its use across Brabazon, we're ensuring consistency and efficiency from day one through to completion."
Arman Gukasyan, founder and CEO of Revizto added: "We are delighted that YTL Construction UK has brought Revizto in on such a transformative development. Brabazon is not just a construction project; it's the creation of a vibrant new town that will shape Bristol's future. YTL UK's decision to expand their use of Revizto demonstrates how forward-thinking teams are embedding digital collaboration at the heart of delivery."
This partnership highlights how the integration of advanced digital tools from the earliest stages of a project is crucial for delivering complex, high-impact developments efficiently and collaboratively. The success at Brabazon is set to become a model for future projects, showcasing the power of seamless communication and data-driven insights in transforming former brownfields into vibrant new cityscapes.

About Brabazon
Filton Airfield is steeped in history. Home to the Hurricane aircraft in WW2. Birthplace of Concorde and supersonic travel. Now it is being transformed into Brabazon, a thriving new town in North Bristol and a place that changes everything.
The 400 acres of the Airfield will become the most exciting and sustainable new town in the South West. You'll be able to wander around independent stores, discover new restaurants or relax in leafy parks and open public squares.
Inspired by a revolutionary airplane that became an icon of engineering, YTL Developments will deliver up to 6,500 homes of every type and tenure. A range of creative workplaces will be a new home for Bristol's next generation of pioneers, supporting up to 30,000 jobs at the heart of North Bristol's world-leading commercial cluster. There will be new schools, community facilities, parks and public squares, while at its heart the supersonic new 20,000-capacity YTL Arena will put the city on the world stage for live music and entertainment.
Over £100 million is being invested to improve local infrastructure: A new railway station connecting Brabazon to Bristol Temple Meads in less than 15 minutes will be opened potentially as soon as Autumn 2026. A dedicated metrobus will run straight through Brabazon, while the new town will be criss-crossed by walking routes and cycle paths. For more information, please visit
National and international awards for Brabazon include 'Best Use of Brownfield Land' at The Planning Awards 2025, 'Large Housing Development of the Year' at the Brick Awards 2024 and 'Regeneration Scheme of the Year' at the British Home Awards 2023.
