Newtekone, Inc. Declares Dividend On Series B Preferred Shares

(MENAFN- GlobeNewsWire - Nasdaq) BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NewtekOne, Inc. (“the Company”) (NASDAQ: NEWT) has declared a dividend on the Company's outstanding 8.500% Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B (the“Preferred Shares”) in the amount of $9.44 per Preferred Share, or $0.2361 per depositary share, which is equivalent to 1/40th of the dividend on the Preferred Shares, payable on October 1, 2025 to holders of record as of September 29, 2025. This initial dividend payment on the Preferred Shares is pro-rated for the initial dividend period from the date of the issuance of the Preferred Shares on August 20, 2025.
