T&H Managements LLC Signs Exclusive U.S. Distribution Agreement With IMSHINE Co., Ltd.
T&H Managements LLC(CEO Habtamu Tadesse), a Colorado-based beauty distribution company, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with IMSHINE Co., Ltd.(CEO Jun Hye-seung), a leading Korean cosmetics manufacturer. Through this agreement, IMSHINE's flagship brands Station B and Personal Perfume will be officially supplied to consumers across the United States.
Under the deal, T&H Managements LLC will introduce to the U.S. market IMSHINE's Ceralen Cream, which has become a bestseller in Korea, along with the high-performance Station B skincare line and the premium fragrance body care brand Personal Perfume. This partnership is expected to strengthen IMSHINE's presence in the fast-growing U.S. K-Beauty market and provide new value to global consumers beyond Korea.
Station B Ceralen Cream and Gangnam Cream, formulated with ceramide, Centella asiatica extract, and EGF, have been clinically proven to deliver excellent results for soothing irritation, reinforcing the skin barrier, and improving sensitive skin conditions. Since its launch, the cream has been widely recognized in Korea as the“visible results cream,” and it is anticipated to provide American consumers with an effective solution for everyday skin concerns.
The Personal Perfume line includes body lotions, shampoos, and body cleansers that combine hydration with elegant, long-lasting fragrances. More than simple body products, these allow consumers to express their individuality and lifestyle through a“signature scent.” With demand for premium body care and fragrance products rapidly increasing in the U.S., the line is expected to align well with current market trends.
