Arab Parliament Welcomes San Marino Recognition Of Palestine State

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, Sept 28 (KUNA) -- The Arab Parliament welcomed on Sunday the announcement by the Republic of San Marino (RSM) to officially recognize the State of Palestine, praising the Spanish-led international coalition to provide support to the Palestinian authority.
In a statement, the Parliament described the historic decision, affirming on the continuous solidarity for Palestinian rights to have an independent state recognized globally.
The statement also hailed Spain's decision to establish an international coalition to support financially the Palestinian authority, in response to Israeli occupation continuous seizure of resources designed for the Palestinians. (end)
