11 Aid Seekers Gunned Down By Israeli Fire In Central Gaza


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Eleven Palestinians were killed and several others wounded Friday as Israeli occupation forces launched airstrikes and opened fire on civilians awaiting humanitarian aid across various areas of the Gaza Strip.
Al Awda Hospital confirmed the deaths of ten aid seekers near the Netzarim corridor in central Gaza, following intense shelling and gunfire by Israeli forces.
Another civilian was killed and five others injured near an aid distribution center in Rafah, southern Gaza, as Israeli troops reportedly targeted the gathering.
Simultaneously, local sources reported dozens of individuals missing beneath the rubble after Israeli warplanes demolished residential homes over their inhabitants in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, during a pre-dawn raid.
Additional casualties were reported in the Al Mashahra area of Al Tuffah neighborhood in northeastern Gaza, following further Israeli bombardment.
The death toll from Israel's ongoing assault on the besieged Gaza Strip has now surged to 65,427, with 167,376 injuries recorded since October 7, 2023, marking an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe. (
