(MENAFN- Newsfile Corp) Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 23 septembre/September 2025) - The common shares of Asante Gold Corporation (the 'Issuer') will be delisted from the CSE at market close, September 23, 2025.

The Issuer will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange.
