QNL To Hold Conference On Combating Illicit Trafficking Of Cultural Property On Sunday
Doha: Qatar National Library (QNL) will organise the 4th Doha Conference on Combating the Illicit Trafficking of Cultural Property - Crisis Preparedness and Cultural Heritage Protection: Prevention to Recovery, on Sunday.
The four-day conference, which runs until September 24, is held in partnership with Unesco's Regional Office for the Gulf States and Yemen, and the Embassies of the United States, France, and Italy in Doha.
This year's edition will address the growing challenges facing cultural heritage in the region. The conference will serve as a leading platform for strengthening institutional readiness and enhancing regional and international cooperation across all stages of crises.
