AGRANA enlarges Management Board and appoints Ennser (54) as a member The Supervisory Board of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG resolved to appoint Franz Ennser as a new member of the Management Board for a term of three years with effect from 1 November 2025. The current Management Board, consisting of Chairman Stephan Büttner, Norbert Harringer and Stephan Meeder, is thereby being supplemented by the addition of this 54-year-old agricultural economist from Upper Austria as its fourth member. As Chief Operations Officer (COO), Franz Ennser will be responsible for the following areas:
