PM, UK Security Adviser Discuss Israeli Attack

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani met yesterday with National Security Adviser of the United Kingdom Jonathan Powell, who is visiting the country. The meeting discussed co-operation relations between the two countries and ways to support and develop them, as well as the developments in the region, particularly the treacherous Israeli attack that targeted Doha.
During the meeting, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed that Qatar will take all necessary measures to protect its security and preserve its sovereignty in response to the blatant Israeli attack.
In turn, the National Security Advisor of the United Kingdom reiterated the UK's solidarity with Qatar, its strong condemnation of the Israeli attack, and its categorical rejection of any aggression that threatens the security and safety of Qatar and undermines the security and stability of the region.
