Over A Thousand Civilians, Including 109 Children, Evacuated From Donetsk Region


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported this on Facebook .

“Over the past 24 hours, Russians have shelled settlements in the Donetsk region 46 times. 1,001 people, including 109 children, have been evacuated from the frontline,” Filashkin said.

According to the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, as a result of Russian shelling in the Shakhove community of the Pokrovsk district, one person was killed and one wounded, and a bus was damaged.

In the Kramatorsk district, one person was wounded in Yampil, and in Yarova, four houses and a public transport stop were damaged. In Sloviansk, five high-rise buildings and a business were damaged. One person was injured in Kramatorsk. In Oleksandrivka, two high-rise buildings, an administrative building, and six cars were damaged; in Ocheretyne, three high-rise buildings, a private house, two administrative buildings, and three farm buildings were damaged. In Shostakivka, a house was damaged. In Illinivka, one person was wounded and a house was damaged. In Kostiantynivka, four people were killed and ten wounded; 21 private houses, 18 high-rise buildings, three administrative buildings, and five shops were damaged.

In Siversk, Bakhmut district, one person was wounded and two houses were damaged.

As reported by Ukrinform, four people were killed and fourteen more were wounded in the Donetsk region yesterday as a result of shelling by the Russian army.
