Saudi Interior Minister Visits Al-Salam Palace Museum

KUWAIT, Sept 14 (KUNA) -- Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud Al-Saud and his accompanying delegation visited Al-Salam Palace Museum, accompanied by Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah.
Upon arrival, the delegation was received by the museum's General Supervisor Sheikha Mona Jaber Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah, Kuwait Ministry of Interior (MoI) said in a statement.
The tour included the museum's historical collections and documents that reflect significant aspects of Kuwait's history, the history of its rulers, and the civilizations that inhabited Kuwait, the statement added.
The visit comes within the framework of the two countries' keenness to consolidate their well-established brotherly relations, in a way that contributes to strengthening the common historical and cultural ties between Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (end)
