US Delivers First Consignment Of Flood Relief Aid To Pakistan
The United States has dispatchedUS Delivers First Consignment of Flood Relief Aid to Pakistan emergency assistance to Pakistan for people affected by the devastating floods .
According to the US State Department, the first consignment of relief goods arrived at Nur Khan Airbase on C-17 and C-130 aircraft. US Chargé d'Affaires to Pakistan, Natalie Baker, was present during the arrival and transfer of the aid.

On the occasion, Baker expressed deep sympathy with the people of Pakistan, stating that the United States was profoundly saddened by the loss of lives, destruction of homes, and devastation of livelihoods caused by the floods.
She added that, upon the request of the Government of Pakistan, the US State Department and the US military approved external assistance, providing emergency supplies and essential items to support ongoing national relief operations in flood-hit areas.
