Doha, Qatar: President of the Republic of Rwanda HE Paul Kagame arrived in Doha Friday, on a working visit to the country.
His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Doha International Airport by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, and Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to the State HE Igor Marara Kayinamura.
