As Vlasyuk pointed out, a similar“fresh” Iskander missile contains about 35 American-made components, 1 Japanese, 1 British, 1 Swiss, 5 Belarusian, and 57 Russian.
Foreign manufacturers include Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, and Altera (USA), College Electronics Ltd (UK), Fujitsu (Japan), Traco Power (Switzerland), JSC Integral (Belarus), JSC Mikron, JSC Production Association Strel, JSC Angstrom, JSC Research and Design Bureau Exiton, Karachevsky Plant Elektrodetal (Russia).
Vlasyuk noted that compared to previous years' rockets, there were fewer components from Europe and the US, and more from Russia and Belarus.
He also added that all information was provided to partners for sanctions response.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of September 7, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine with drones and cruise missiles. Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro, Kremenchuk, and Odesa were under fire. Four people were killed and 44 were injured as a result of this attack. Three people were killed in Kyiv.

On September 8, foreign diplomats were shown the Cabinet building damaged by the Russian attack.
According to the head of the European Union delegation in Ukraine, Katarina Maternova, the Cabinet was hit by an Iskander missile.
According to Defense Express , citing its own sources, the Cabinet building was hit by a 450 kg 9M727 cruise missile from the Iskander operational-tactical complex. Its warhead did not explode.
