Support For Regions And Heating Season: Kuleba Met With IMF Mission Delegation
“I had a meeting with a delegation from the International Monetary Fund mission led by Gavin Gray. I outlined the key issues that determine the stability of the state and the daily lives of people,” the statement said.
The Deputy Prime Minister noted that the main focus was on supporting frontline regions, where more than 75% of the damage is concentrated, and on the comprehensive restoration of destroyed settlements.

A separate topic of discussion was the stable passage of the heating season. Kuleba emphasized the need for sustainable mechanisms to support heat and power companies and informed partners that the government is already working to resolve the issue of tariff differences.
“We need not a temporary measure, but a comprehensive program that will not only allow us to pay off accumulated debts, but also to form a new model for the industry. It should clean up the sector from imbalances, introduce clear rules and transparent mechanisms,” he added.
