Cinc Syrskyi: Deep Strike Weapons Hit 60 Targets In Russia During August


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, on Facebook following a meeting to review the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in August, according to Ukrinform.

According to him, Ukrainian Deep Strike weapons hit 60 targets on Russian territory in August. The Russian Federation's capabilities to produce fuel and lubricants for the army, their aviation weapons, missiles and UAVs, and air defense systems were weakened, and the functioning of the transport system was disrupted.

“In total, Ukrainian drones hit more than 67,000 enemy targets last month. And the effectiveness of strikes under the Middle Strike program increased by 25%,” Syrskyi said.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Unmanned Systems Forces conducted 11 Deep Strike operations against Russian oil refineries in August.
