Air Defense Forces Destroyed 112 Out Of 142 Russian Drones
Starting at 10 p.m. on Sunday, September 7, the Russians attacked with 142 Shahed and Gerbera strike UAVs and other types of drones from the following directions: Bryansk, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russian Federation), Chauda (temporarily occupied Crimea), and more than 100 of them were Shahed drones.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 8, air defense forces shot down/suppressed 112 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, and other types of drones in the north, south, east, and center of Ukraine.
Twenty-six strike UAVs were recorded hitting seven locations, with downed targets (debris) falling at one location.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Ministry of Energy said that the Russians had attacked one of the thermal power generation facilities in the Kyiv region
