CTS EVENTIM: CFO Holger Hohrein To Leave The Executive Board At The End Of The Year
Hamburg, 5 September 2025 – CTS EVENTIM, Europe's leading ticketing and live entertainment provider and number two worldwide, announces that Chief Financial Officer Holger Hohrein will leave the Executive Board as of 31 December 2025. Both sides have agreed by mutual consent not to extend his contract. A successor will be announced at a later date. Holger Hohrein initiated and drove forward important transformation processes. These included, in particular, the further development of the finance function, the digitalisation and automation of internal processes, and the harmonisation of global structures and systems. In addition, he made an important contribution to the sustainable development of the CTS EVENTIM Group during a phase of strong growth, both organic and through company acquisitions.
