Qatar Participates In GCC Ministers Of Labor Committee Meeting
Kuwait: Qatar participated in the 11th meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Ministers of Labor Committee, held in Kuwait yesterday. Minister of Labor H E Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri led Qatar's delegation to the meeting.
The ministers discussed ways to strengthen collective Gulf cooperation in the labor market, exchange successful experiences and best practices among member states, and address key issues aligned with the Committee's strategic objectives.
The meeting also touched on a range of successful initiatives across the GCC labor sector and discussed the regional framework for combating forced labor and human trafficking in the workplace.
