“We discussed key challenges-achieving a just peace, strengthening sanctions against the aggressor, and Ukraine's continued progress toward EU and NATO membership. I emphasized that any concessions regarding territory or sovereignty are unacceptable, and that agreements must be based solely on the UN Charter and respect for international law,” Stefanchuk stated.

He added that during the meeting, he“invited Roberta Metsola to visit Kyiv-her first visit following re-election would be a powerful symbol of solidarity with Ukraine”.“We also discussed the possibility of a joint visit to Kyiv by the speakers of G7 parliaments. Ukraine deeply values the European Parliament's active stance. European unity with Ukraine is the key to our victory and the foundation for a just peace,” the Verkhovna Rada chairman noted.
