Russians Moving Military Equipment From Luhansk To Zaporizhzhia Sector, Partisans Report
“Our sources are observing the movement of convoys of occupation forces' equipment in Luhansk. Some of it is being pulled back for repairs in the rear, while the surviving vehicles are being redeployed to the Zaporizhzhia direction. According to confirmed information, in the past month equipment has been actively removed from the region to reinforce areas considered higher priority for the invading forces,” the statement reads.

It is noted that the process is accompanied by constant inspections. A significant portion of the vehicles are unable to move on their own.
