War Update: 180 Combat Engagements In Past Day, With Heaviest Fighting In Pokrovsk And Lyman Sectors
“A total of 180 combat engagements were recorded over the past day,” the report stated.
Yesterday, the enemy launched four missile strikes and 63 airstrikes, fired 28 missiles, and dropped 118 guided aerial bombs. In addition, Russian forces carried out 5,088 shelling attacks, including 25 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 6,104 kamikaze drones.
Airstrikes targeted areas near the settlements of Bilohiria and Veselianka in the Zaporizhzhia region, and Olhivka in the Kherson region.

The enemy carried out eight airstrikes, dropped 24 guided bombs, and launched 252 artillery attacks, including three from MLRS.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector , Ukrainian forces stopped 11 assaults near Vovchansk and toward Kutkivka.
In the Kupiansk sector , six enemy attacks were recorded. Ukrainian troops repelled assaults near Zahryzove and toward Kupiansk and Petropavlivka.
In the Lyman sector , Russian forces launched 41 attacks, attempting to breach Ukrainian defenses near Novomykhailivka, Ridkodub, Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Torske, Serebrianka, and in the direction of Novyi Myr, Shandryholove, Drobysheve, Yampil, Dronivka, and Siversk.
In the Siversk sector , Ukrainian forces repelled eight attacks near Hryhorivka and toward Serebrianka and Vyimka.
In t he Kramatorsk sector , seven combat engagements occurred as the enemy tried to advance toward Pazeno and Stupochky.
In the Toretsk sector , Russian troops launched 10 attacks near Dyliivka, Shcherbynivka, Katerynivka, and toward Pleshchiivka and Poltavka.
In the Pokrovsk sector , Ukrainian defenders stopped 55 enemy assaults near Shakhove, Zapovidne, Zatyshok, Fedorivka, Novoekonomichne, Myroliubivka, Lysivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Horikhove, and toward Novyi Donbas, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Promin, Sukhyi Yar, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Molodetske, and Filiia.
In the Novopavlivka sector , the enemy carried out 18 attacks near Yalta, Zelenyi Hai, Tolstoi, Voskresenka, Komyshuvakha, and toward Ivanivka and Novomykhailivka.
No offensive actions were reported in the Huliaipole sector .
In the Orikhiv sector , Russian forces attempted two breakthroughs toward Novodanylivka and Plavni.
In the Prydniprovske sector , Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled an enemy attack toward Antonivka.
No signs of enemy offensive group formations were observed in the Volyn and Polissia sectors .
Over the past day, Ukrainian aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck five areas of enemy personnel, weapons, and equipment concentration, as well as three enemy artillery systems.
As Ukrinform previously reported, Russian forces lost 840 personnel over the past day. Ukrainian troops also destroyed four armored fighting vehicles, 43 artillery systems, two MLRS units, two air defense systems, 261 operational-tactical UAVs, 22 missiles, and 92 units of enemy military transport.
