Kelvin (Shiu Fung) Wong
I am an early career researcher with a strong and accelerating research trajectory. Much of my research has contributed to understanding how obsessions develop and are maintained in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), which is necessary to improve the effectiveness of current psychological treatments. I have published 30 peer-reviewed publications (15 as first author) in top-ranked clinical psychology journals, including the Journal of Anxiety Disorders (impact factor: 5.26, journal quartile: 1) and Depression and Anxiety (impact factor: 6.17, journal quartile: 1). I was also the first author on an invited book chapter, published by the Oxford University Press, on the prevention of OCD.
