
Oman: Tourist Dies After Slipping While Climbing Mountain In Dhofar
A tourist and mountain climbing enthusiast has died after slipping from a steep slope in a mountainous area in Oman's Jabal Samhan, the Sultanate's Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority said on Monday.
Rescue and ambulance teams from the authority in Dhofar Governorate, worked in cooperation with Omani citizens to respond to the emergency in the mountainous area located in the Wilayat of Mirbat.
