Elon drops bomb revealing Trump is in Epstein files
(MENAFN) On Thursday, Tesla CEO Elon Musk stated that the main reason government files regarding Jeffrey Epstein have yet to be fully revealed is because President Donald Trump’s name appears in those documents. This latest claim further deepens the growing discord between the two once-aligned figures.
“Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!” Musk posted on X. “Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.”
The conflict between Musk and Trump escalated Thursday after Musk departed the administration and began leading efforts to oppose Trump’s massive spending and tax proposal.
Earlier that day, Trump appeared to threaten Musk with potential financial repercussions, indicating that he could strip away government contracts and subsidies currently benefiting Musk’s businesses.
“The easiest way to save money in our Budget, Billions and Billions of Dollars, is to terminate Elon’s Governmental Subsidies and Contracts,” Trump posted on social media. “I was always surprised that Biden didn’t do it!”
