Stakked Acquires Digital Agency Radioactive PR


(MENAFN- PRovoke) LONDON - Agency collective Stakked has acquired established digital specialist Radioactive PR, just 12 months after it was founded.

Radioactive, which was founded in Gloucester, UK, by Rich Leigh 11 years ago, will merge with Munch, Stakked's consumer PR agency. The Radioactive name will be retired as the team and clients transition to Munch, with Leigh joining Munch as a non-executive director. There will be no redundancies.

The acquisition will double Munch's revenue and headcount, and takes Stakked's headcount to over 20, as well as expanding its digital expertise and introducing a creative B2B offer to Stakked clients. It also adds a new office outside London.

Radioactive PR has worked with start-ups and big brands on digital PR, creative stunts, influencer campaigns and SEO content strategy, including Paddy Power, Virgin Media, GoCompare and the National Gallery. The agency's charity work has also helped to raise more than £1m for children's charities such as Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Stakked was founded in 2024 by Lizzie Earl, with backing from agency veteran Andrew Bloch, who sits as non-executive chairman. The collective brings together specialist“boutech” agencies across earned, social, paid and digital: as well as Munch, these are social agency Flabbergast, full-suite digital agency Another Blank Page, and Nibble, an AI-powered SaaS platform that matches brands and agencies with pre-vetted freelance PR and creative talent.

Earlier this year, Stakked was named as PRovoke Media's Agency of the Future and as one of the six best new agencies in EMEA . Earl was also named as one of the Innovator 25 for EMEA last year.
