Taiwan Organizes Smart Medicine Forum At World Health Assembly (WHA78)

(MENAFN- Caribbean News Global) GENEVA, Switzerland, (TaiwanToday) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) staged a seminar on smart medical devices on May 18 in Geneva, highlighting the government's commitment to advancing global health care; representatives from Acer Medical, based in New Taipei City, and Quanta Computer Inc., headquartered in the northern city of Taoyuan, briefed the audience on smart medical tools, MOFA said.

The event drew over 100 attendees, including World Health Assembly delegates from various countries, international medical teams and local professionals.

According to the ministry, Acer Medical's VeriOsteo OP detects abnormalities in bone mass density with chest X-rays and its operation does not require a specialist.
