(MENAFN- PRovoke) LOS ANGELES - TikTok has named Nathaniel Brown as global head of corporate communications, reporting to chief communications officer Zenia Mucha. Brown previously served as CCO at Warner Bros. Discovery and held senior roles at 21st Century Fox, News Corp, and MTV. Brown will lead global corporate messaging and reputation strategy. His appointment comes amid heightened scrutiny of the platform's U.S. operations and its efforts to manage political and regulatory pressures.

NEW YORK - SpinCo, the corporate entity formed to operate MSNBC and CNBC following their planned separation from NBCUniversal News Group, has made a series of senior communications appointments. SpinCo CCO Keith Cocozza has named Diana Rocco has named VP of internal communications, joining from her current role as SVP of corporate communications at NBCUniversal. Hollie Tracz has been named VP of media relations, continuing her work from MSNBC. Lauren Skowronski has been named senior VP of global communications for CNBC after most recently serving as senior director of communications at Snap. Richard Hudock has been promoted to SVP of Communications at MSNBC, where he will continue leading the network's communications strategy and oversee press relations for its programming and talent.

FORT WORTH, TX - Kimber Foster has joined Visit Fort Worth as VP of marketing and communications to continue growing tourism and elevating the city's national reputation. Foster (pictured) joins Visit Fort Worth from Visit Greater Palm Springs, where she served as director of Palm Springs Tourism. In this role, she led domestic and international marketing strategies, managed communications and advertising and developed high-profile brand partnerships with organizations such as Mattel/Barbie, Louis Vuitton and the James Beard Foundation. Before Palm Springs, she served as director of marketing and communications for the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she oversaw advertising and played a pivotal role in rebranding efforts and strategic partnerships across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

WASHINGTON - The American Hotel & Lodging Association has appointed Ralph Posner as chief communications officer. Posner will oversee all external communications and media relations. Posner spent the last seven years as a partner at the agency Seven Letter. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Direct Impact and FleishmanHillard.
