Department Of Meteorology Warns Of Poor Visibility
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Sunday will be misty to foggy at places with some clouds at first, becomes partly cloudy to cloudy with a chance of scattered rain, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of poor visibility at places at first.
Offshore, it will be misty to foggy at places at first, becomes partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a chance of scattered rain during the evening, the Department of Meteorology added, warning of poor visibility at first.
Wind inshore will variable less than 03 KT at first, becomes Northwesterly-Northeasterly 03-13 KT. Off shore, it will be Northwesterly 4-14 KT, gusting to 18 KT by evening.
The sea state inshore will be 1-3 FT. Offshore, it will be 2-4 FT, rising to 5 FT by afternoon.
Visibility will be 4-8 KM/2 KM or less at places at first. Offshore, it will be 4-9 KM/1 KM or less at first.
