North American Energy Opportunities Corp. Acquires Equus Energy, LLC, Strengthening Its Upstream Oil & Gas Portfolio


(MENAFN- PR Newswire) The transaction, finalized on March 4, 2025, involves a cash payment of $1.25 million along with the issuance of 27,500 shares of preferred stock, redeemable within six months at $100.00 per share, subject to certain conditions. Through this acquisition, NAEOC gains ownership of 136 producing and non-producing oil and gas wells across 21,520 gross acres in Texas and Oklahoma, with experienced operators, including Burk Royalty, managing key leasehold interests in the Conger Field.
