First launched in 2023 with three hotels across the Middle East, Hilton's Green Ramadan Initiative achieved a remarkable 61% reduction in food waste in just 30 days . In 2024, the program expanded to 32 hotels across 7 countries in EMEA & APAC , resulting in a further 21% reduction against the 2023 baseline .
