CEB Acquires Leading California Family Law Resource Attorney's Briefcase, Doubling Market Share

OAKLAND, Calif., Feb. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- CEB, the leading source of California-specific legal research, practical guidance and continuing legal education (CLE), has acquired family law resource Attorney's BriefCase Inc., effective today. The deal pairs two of the most trusted and authoritative California legal research and CLE providers, solidifying the leadership position of CEB in the family law market.

Founded by the preeminent California family law attorney Garrett Dailey, Attorney's BriefCase is the oldest self-contained legal research program. Its offerings include a comprehensive family law research product and the market-leading annual Family Law Seminar CLE series that is widely considered a must-attend for California family law attorneys.
