"Rather like our weather, it's a dry country. At the moment, we don’t allow alcohol, but plenty of fun can be had without it. It's not 100% necessary," the ambassador in Saudi Arabia to the United Kingdom, Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan Al Saud, informed British digital radio station LBC News on Thursday.

He explained furthermore, "If you want to drink after you leave, you're welcome to, but at the moment, we don't have alcohol."

Highlighting cultural diversity, Al Saud stated that Saudi Arabia is pleased to keep people fitted with their standards He also mentioned that his nation is not going to change anything about its culture for other people.

FIFA formally declared that Saudi Arabia will be the host of the 2034 men’s FIFA World Cup in December 2024. This choice gets Saudi Arabia to be the second country to host the prominent international football tournament in the Middle East after Qatar in 2022.
