ZULAL WELLNESS RESORT BY CHIVA-SOM CELEBRATES A SUCCESSFUL QATAR NATIONAL SPORTS DAY 2025 WITH ASPIRE ZONE

Zulal Wellness Resort hosted a variety of sessions, including Hatha Yoga, Mindful Meditation, Tai Chi, and Thai Boxing, led by expert practitioners. These sessions provided attendees with an opportunity to experience a balanced approach to physical and mental wellbeing, incorporating the wisdom of Traditional Arabic & Islamic Medicine (TAIM).
