Ukrainians Get Nearly UAH 843M In Loans Under Eoselia Program In January


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) In January 2025, as many as 459 Ukrainian families secured mortgage loans totaling UAH 842.8 million through the eOselia program.

This was reported by the Ministry of Econom , as conveyed by Ukrinform.

"In January 2025, since the restoration of the registry systems, 459 Ukrainian families received loans totaling UAH 842.8 million for housing purchases under the affordable mortgage program eOselia," said Andrii Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy.

It was noted that over the past week, 302 loans totaling UAH 563 million were issued. Of these, 107 military personnel, 15 teachers, 13 medical workers, and 7 scientists received loans at a 3% preferential rate, while 129 Ukrainians without housing, 24 internally displaced persons (IDPs), and 7 veterans obtained loans under 7% interest rate.

The most active lending occurred in Kyiv (98 loans) and Kyiv region (80 loans). On the primary housing market, 147 Ukrainians bought homes, with 44 of them purchasing during the construction phase, while on the secondary market, 155 families made purchases.

Since the start of the program, 15,300 Ukrainian families have received loans totaling over UAH 24.9 billion.

As previously reported, the eOselia program offers the opportunity to buy homes at 7% annual interest for Ukrainians without their own housing, internally displaced persons, and veterans. For military personnel, law enforcement officers, medical workers, teachers, scientists, and their families, the program offers a 3% preferential rate.
