Kellogg shared insights in a recent New York Post interview, stating that the existing sanctions imposed on Russia are still relatively mild in their impact. He rated their effectiveness as "only about a three" on a scale of one to ten, indicating significant room for escalation. Kellogg alluded to the latest round of EU sanctions, particularly targeting Russian oil production and exports, suggesting that there is potential to ramp up these measures in ways that could significantly worsen Russia's economic situation.
