Fast casual concept celebrating grand opening on February 18 with free chicken salad for a year

ATLANTA, Feb. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicken Salad Chick , the nation's only fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept, announced today it is expanding in Kentucky with the opening of a new restaurant in bowling Green, located at 2020 Scottsville Road, Suite 107. The Bowling Green community is invited to celebrate this grand opening on Tuesday, February 18, and the first 100 guests in line will win free chicken salad for a year*.

During the grand opening week, guests can expect to experience the Southern hospitality that Chicken Salad Chick is known for, as well as a community focused mindset with various specials and giveaways. These include:

• Tuesday, February 18 – Free Chicken Salad for a Year to the First 100 Guests – The first guest in line at 10:30am will receive one FREE Large Quick Chick of chicken salad per week for an entire year. Chicken Salad Chick of Bowling Green is led by Hannah Witherspoon of Em's Chick, LLC, alongside her family, and will be their third opening with the brand. This family-owned franchisee group opened their first two locations in Evansville, Indiana and Owensboro, Kentucky only seven months apart, during the peak of the pandemic. Since joining the brand, Witherspoon has been eager to introduce the brand's Southern style, made from scratch offerings to the Bowling Green community.
