Macklemore To Perform First Time In Doha During Match For Hope Half-Time

Doha, Qatar: Grammy award-winning artist and American rapper Macklemore is announced to perform in Doha during the half-time show of Match for Hope on February 14 at Stadium 974.

The global artist, famous for his hit singles 'Can't Hold Us', 'Thrift Shop' and the recent 'Hind's Hall' will be performing in Qatar for the first time ever.

This was announced on Monday by Match for Hope organizers through social media. Songs to which the artist will perfom has not been unveiled by organizers.

"We are excited to announce Grammy award winning artist @Macklemore performing in Doha for the first time, as the Match for Hope half-time show performance!," it stated.

Tickets for the Match for Hope, set to take place on February 14 at Stadium 974, are now on sale . All proceeds from the event will go Education Above All (EAA) initiatives in Lebanon, Nigeria, Palestine, Syria, and Pakistan.

The star-studded line-up for Match for Hope is set to bring the world's biggest content creators at Stadium 974 including KSI, IShowSpeed, Chunkz, AboFlah, Sharky, Miniminter, and others. The second edition of the epic charity football match will feature stars such as Thierry Henry and Andrés Iniesta alongside Mubarak Mustafa, Alessandro Del Piero, David Silva and Andrea Pirlo.
