Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Labour held a series of consultative workshops on the 2025 Job Nationalisation Plan, bringing together representatives from the manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare sectors.

This initiative aims to strengthen strategic partnerships with the private sector and facilitate the exchange of ideas on boosting national workforce participation in the labour market.

These workshops are part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to enhance collaboration with private sector stakeholders, fostering structured partnerships that drive labour market growth and increase employment opportunities for Qatari nationals and the children of Qatari women.

In her remarks, Shaikha Abdulrahman Al Badi, Assistant Undersecretary for Manpower Affairs, reaffirmed the Ministry's commitment to sustained engagement with private sector partners. She highlighted that the Ministry has been organising these workshops for several years and will continue to do so regularly to strengthen cooperation.
