Arab League Emergency Session On UNRWA Ban In Palestine Kicks Off


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, Feb 3 (KUNA) -- Arab League's extraordinary session kicked off Monday on permanent envoy level to examine ramifications of the Israeli occupation's Knesset resolution banning UNRWA in occupied Palestinian lands.
The emergency meeting, presided over by Yemen, was called for by Jordan in coordination with Egypt and Palestine, and the endorsement of many Arab states.
It is expected that the meeting would culminate in a resolution on Arab rejection of unlawful Israeli Occupation measures.
