M4.9 Quake Hits Central Tunisia

TUNIS, Feb 3 (KUNA) -- An earthquake measuring 4.9 degrees on the Richter Scale has hit Sidi Bouzid, central Tunisia, the country's National Institute of Meteorology announced on Monday.
It added, in a statement, that the earthquake occurred at 10:45 am local time, with no casualties reported. (end) sbm
