KUWAIT, Jan 30 (KUNA) -- His Highness the crown prince sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable to President Ahmad Al-Sharaa on the occasion of his assumption of the power of the Syrian Arab Republic in the transitional phase.
