The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) held discussions with Harvard University's Growth Lab on enhancing the resilience of the financial sector, expanding financial intermediation, and other related issues, Azernews reports, citing information was shared on the regulatory body's X social media account.
"Chairman of the Central Bank, Taleh Kazimov, met with Ricardo Hausmann, the founder and director of Harvard University's Growth Lab.
During the meeting, extensive discussions were held on strengthening the transmission of monetary policy, further enhancing the resilience of the financial sector, and expanding financial intermediation, particularly regarding digital financial services," the post stated.
