BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 13. The goal of the
Troika is to find joint solutions to our tasks and strengthen our
actions within the framework of COP31, Brazil's Minister of
Environment and Climate Change Marina Silva said during the "Troika
High-level Dialogue: Our Roadmap to Mission 1.5 towards a future of
shared prosperity" Trend reports.
"We recognize that the emission profile and national conditions
vary from country to country, reflecting different realities. That
is why the three presidencies of this Troika want to hear about the
main opportunities and difficulties of the countries to increase
their ambitions and realize their Nationally Determined
Contributions. Our goal is to find joint solutions to problems and
strengthen our actions within the framework of COP 31. I am sure
that we are here to confirm our commitment to moving forward and
that we can achieve what everyone calls the 1.5 degree target at
COP28," she said.
The 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United
Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 29) started in
