First VP Mehriban Aliyeva And Family Members Inspect Conditions Created In Kindergarten-Nursery After Renovation In Baku (PHOTO)

(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 31. On October 31, the kindergarten-nursery named after Alim Mammadov was reopened in the Khatai district of Baku following its renovation, Trend reports.

Mehriban Aliyeva, First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, along with her family members, toured the newly renovated facility.

Liya Majidova, the principal of the kindergarten, briefed the First Vice-President and her family on the progress made during the renovation.

Originally built in 1958, the kindergarten-nursery had fallen into disrepair over time, prompting the need for extensive repairs. Following the directives of Mehriban Aliyeva, the facility has been updated to meet modern standards.

The 100-seat kindergarten-nursery is now equipped with essential supplies and serves children across five groups.

Landscaping and greening efforts have enhanced the yard, and a children's playground has been established.
