Doha: Minister of Public Health H E Dr. Hanan Mohamed Al Kuwari met separately the Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population of Egypt H E Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar (pictured); Federal Minister of Health of Sudan, H E Dr. Haitham Muhammad Ibrahim; and Minister of Health and Social Welfare of Somalia H E Dr. Ali Haji Abubakar, who are visiting the country to participate in the meetings of the 71st session of the WHO Regional Committee for the Eastern Mediterranean, yesterday. The meetings addressed aspects of cooperation between Qatar and Egypt, Sudan, and Somalia and ways to strengthen and develop them in health fields. They also addressed key topics discussed in the meetings of the WHO Regional Committee for the Eastern Mediterranean.
