KUWAIT, July 26 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Friday a cable of congratulations to the President of the Maldives Mohamed Muizzu on his country's Independence Day.
